About Us

Raven Cable Assembly Ltd was formed targeting the niche market of cable and loom assemblies for the mid size batch and the low volume, high specification production market.

Our reputation has been built on an unparalleled quality of service. Every Raven cable is unique to our customers specification and undergoes a comprehensive test and inspection process prior to being dispatched. This zero tolerance approach to product failure provides our customers with 100% confidence in our manufacturing capabilities.

We are sufficiently flexible to offer bespoke solutions to our customers. Kanban, JIT and buffer stock systems are utilised, allowing Raven to become an extension to your own manufacturing facilities.

The majority of our assembly is still completed by hand, as we believe that our highly trained and motivated work force gives us a competitive advantage in the low volume, high specification arena.

We are particularly geared up to handle prototype work through to mid size production batches. And our extensive experience allows us to offer design support for these projects.

Raven assembles cables and looms incorporate the latest technical knowledge to meet rigorous electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements. Our cables are engineered for the most demanding applications, and we can engineer a cable assembly solution unmatched by off- the-shelf products to meet the most rigorous performance requirements.
